Sarah will be kicked out of her flat soon and so everyone is on a mission…
Sarah က သူမရဲ႕အခန္းကေန မၾကာခင္ ဆင္းေပးရေတာ့မွာမို႕ သူငယ္ခ်င္းအားလံုး Sarah အားအခန္းရွာေပးရန္အလုပ္မ်ားေနၾကပါတယ္။

• Harry: Well Sarah, here’s the paper...I was looking at jobs...but you’ll need the “accommodation” page!
  ကဲ Sarah၊ ေဟာဒီမွာ သတင္းစာ... ငါကအလုပ္ေတြကိုၾကည့္ေနတာ... ဒါေပမယ့္ နင့္အတြက္ကေတာ့ အိမ္ျခံေျမ စာမ်က္ႏွာ လိုမယ္ထင္တယ္။
  Olivia: Hmmm, not very sensitive, Harry...
  ဪ Harry ရယ္ … ေျပာရက္တယ္ေနာ္ …
• Harry: Have to go now...see you all!
  သြားလိုက္ဦးမယ္... ေနာက္မွေတြ႔ၾကမယ္ေနာ္!
  All: Bye!
  တာ့တာ!
• Olivia: What’s the problem with your flat, then Sarah?
  နင့္တိုက္ခန္းက ဘာျပႆနာျဖစ္တာလဲ Sarah?
  Sarah: Well, I was renting a room in a shared house, but now the landlord has decided to sell the house, so we all have to move out...
  အင္း၊ ငါက လူအမ်ားနဲ ႔ စုေနတဲ့အိမ္မွာ အခန္းငွားေနတာေလ။ အခုအိမ္္ရွင္က အိမ္ေရာင္း ဖို႔ ဆုံးျဖတ္လိုက္ေတာ့  အားလုံး ေျပာင္းေပးရေတာ့မယ္ေလ။
• Magda: Oh no...that can be really difficult in London. It’s so expensive here...
  အိုး မဟုတ္ေသးပါဘူး...ဒါက လန္ဒန္ျမိဳ ႔မွာ တကယ္ အခက္အခဲေတြ႔ ႏိုင္တယ္ေနာ္။ ဒီမွာက အရမ္းေစ်းၾကီးတာ…
  Sarah: I know, I’m not sure I’ll be able to afford it...
  ငါသိပါတယ္။ ငါ တတ္ႏိုင္ပါ့မလားဆိုတာ ငါလည္း သိပ္မေသခ်ာဘူး...
• Olivia: Tell me about it!
  ေျပာပါဦး။
  Sarah: About what?
  ဘာကိုလဲ?
• Olivia: Sorry...I just mean, I know how expensive life is!
  ေဆာရီး…ငါဆိုလိုခ်င္တာက၊ ဘ၀က ဘယ္ေလာက္တန္ဖိုးၾကီးလဲဆိုတာ ငါသိသြားျပီ!
  Sarah: Why’s that?
  ဘာျဖစ္လို႔မ်ားပါလိမ့္?
• Magda: Olivia wants Harry to set up a website for her, but he’s asked for loads of money!
  Olivia က Harry ကို သူမအတြက္ ၀က္(ဘ)ဆိုဒ္တစ္ခု ေထာင္ေပးေစခ်င္တာ။ ဒါေပမယ့္ သူက ပိုက္ဆံတနင့္တပိုး ေတာင္းလိုက္တယ္။
  Fadi: Yeah...me too!
  အင္း... ငါ့ကိုေရာပဲ!
• Magda: I think he’s greedy.
  ငါကေတာ့ သူ ေလာဘၾကီးတယ္လို႔ ထင္တယ္။
  Fadi: I’m not sure about that...he’s a professional after all. He’s right to ask a reasonable amount for his work.
  အ့ဲဒါနဲ႔ ပတ္သက္ျပီး ငါကေတာ့ သိပ္မေသခ်ာဘူး... သူက ကြ်မ္းက်င္ပညာရွင္ပဲေလ။ သူ႔အလုပ္အတြက္ သူက တန္ေအာင္ ေတာင္းပိုင္ခြင့္ေတာ့ ရွိတယ္ေလ။
• Olivia: You’re just like him, I can see...only interested in money!
  နင္လဲ သူနဲ႔ တူတူပါပဲ။ ပိုက္ဆံပဲ စိတ္၀င္စားတယ္လို႔ ငါျမင္တယ္!
  Magda: Yeah, that’s right...
  အင္း။ ဟုတ္တယ္…
• Fadi: Leave off...I’m not only interested in money. I like football too...
  သြားစမ္းပါ...ငါက ပိုက္ဆံတစ္ခုပဲ စိတ္၀င္စားတာ မဟုတ္ဘူး။ ေဘာလံုးလဲ ၾကိဳက္ပါတယ္...
  Olivia: I don’t think I can afford it, but I don’t know how to say “no” without offending him now.
  ငါကေတာ့ ေစ်းကို မတတ္ႏိုင္ဘူးထင္တာပဲ။ ဒါေပမယ့္ သူ႔ကို ေစာ္ကားသလိုမျဖစ္ဘဲ “ဟင့္အင္း” လို႔ ဘယ္လို ေျပာရမလဲဆိုတာ ခုထိ မသိေသးဘူး
• Sarah: Do you think he’ll be offended?
  သူ႔ကို ေစာ္ကားသလိုျဖစ္မယ္လို႔ နင္က ထင္လို႔လား?
  Olivia: Perhaps...
  ျဖစ္ေကာင္းျဖစ္ႏိုင္ပါတယ္…
• Fadi: I shouldn’t worry. He’s not a very sensitive guy, is he?
  ငါေတာ့ သိပ္စိတ္မပူဘူး။ သူက ဆတ္ဆတ္ထိ မခံတဲ့သူမ်ိဳး မွ မဟုတ္တာ … မဟုတ္ဘူးလား?
  Olivia: No! I like him, though...
  မဟုတ္ပါဘူး။ ငါကေတာ့ သူ႔ကို သေဘာက်တယ္...
• Fadi: Oh yeah?
  ဟုတ္လား?
  Olivia: Not in that way...he’s just a friend...
  အဲ့လိုမ်ိဳး မဟုတ္ပါဘူး...သူနဲ႔က သူငယ္ခ်င္းပါပဲ...
• Fadi: “Just a friend”, eh?
  သူငယ္ခ်င္းပါပဲလား?
  Olivia: Are you jealous?
  နင္က သ၀န္တိုေနတာလား?
• Fadi: Get out of here! Course I’m not. I’ve got lots of girlfriends...
  သြားစမ္းပါ! မဟုတ္ပါဘူး။ ငါ့မွာ ရည္းစား အမ်ားၾကီးရွိပါတယ္...
  Magda: And they only ever last for two weeks!
  ျပီးေတာ့ အမ်ားဆံုး ၂ ပါတ္ေလာက္ပဲ ခံတာေလ!
• Fadi: I like to keep them keen!
  သူတို႔ ပိုျပီး စိတ္ဝင္စားေအာင္ေတာ့ လုပ္ခ်င္သားပါ။
  Sarah: Oh yeah, sure...
  အို..အင္း..ဟုတ္တာေပါ့...
• Fadi: Listen, Olivia, if it makes it easier for you, I think I’m going to take Harry up on his offer. I’ll get him to do some work for me, then it won’t matter if you turn him down.
  Olivia နားေထာင္။ နင့္အတြက္ပိုလြယ္ေအာင္ဆိုရင္ ငါ Harry ရဲ ႔ကမ္းလွမ္းခ်က္ကို လက္ခံလိုက္မယ္။ သူ႔ကို ငါ့အတြက္ အလုပ္နည္းနည္းလုပ္ခိုင္းလိုက္မယ္၊ ဒါဆိုရင္ နင္ျငင္းလိုက္လဲ သူ႔အတြက္ ကိစၥမရွိေတာ့ဘူးေလ။
• Sarah: I do some work for a website, Olivia. It’s called DimSum.co.uk – it’s for the Chinese community in Britain. I could find out who does their website – they might be cheaper.
  DimSum.co.uk လုိ႔ေခၚတဲ့၀က္(ဘ)ဆိုဒ္အတြက္ ငါ နည္းနည္းလုပ္ေပးေနတယ္ Olivia ေရ။ အဲ့ဒါက ျဗိတိန္မွာရွိတဲ့ တရုတ္အသိုင္းအ၀ိုင္းအတြက္။ ဘယ္သူက အဲ့ဒီ၀က္(ဘ)ဆိုဒ္ကို လုပ္ေပးလဲဆိုတာေတာ့ ငါေမးေပးလို႔ရမယ္ ထင္တယ္။ သူတို႔က ေစ်းပိုသက္သာရင္ သက္သာႏိုင္ပါတယ္။
• Olivia: Could you do that for me? I’d be really grateful.
  ငါ့အတြက္ အဲ့ဒါလုပ္ေပးႏိုင္မလား? ငါအရမ္း ၀မ္းသာမွာပါ။
  Sarah: Sure, no problem.
  ရပါတယ္။ ကိစၥမရွိပါဘူး။
• Olivia: And we’ll try and help you find a flat!
  ျပီးေတာ့ ငါတို႔ကေတာ့ မင္းအတြက္ အခန္းရွာေပးမယ္!
  Sarah: Thanks!
  ေက်းဇူးပါပဲ!
• Magda: How long have you got before you have to move out?
  မေျပာင္းေပးရေသးခင္ အခ်ိန္ဘယ္ေလာက္ရေသးလဲ?
  Sarah: Only a month.
  တစ္လတည္း။
• Magda: That’s not long.
  သိပ္မၾကာဘူးေနာ္။
  Fadi: I’ll ask around, see if anyone I know has a room free in their house...
  ငါနည္းနည္းေမးၾကည့္လိုက္ပါဦးမယ္။ ငါ့အသိထဲမွာမ်ား အခန္းလြတ္ရွိမလားလို႔...
• Magda: I’ll do the same thing...
  ငါလည္း အဲလို ေမးျမန္းေပးမယ္ေလ။
  Olivia: Me too!
  ငါလည္းရွာေပးပါ့မယ္။
• Magda: Ok everyone...we have a mission!
  အားလံုးပဲေကာင္းျပီ...ငါတို႔မွာ စစ္ဆင္ေရးတစ္ခုရွိတယ္။
  Fadi: Find Sarah a place to live!
  Sarah ကို ေနဖို႔ေနရာ ရွာေပးဖို႔။
• Olivia: And tell Harry he’s greedy!
  ျပီးေတာ့ Harry ကို ေလာဘၾကီးတယ္ဆိုတာ ေျပာဖို႔။
  Sarah: I think this might be difficult...
  အဲ့ဒါေတာ နည္းနည္းခက္မယ္လို႕   ထင္တယ္…
• Magda: What? Finding you a flat, or upsetting Harry?
  ဘာကလဲ? နင့္ကို အခန္းရွာေပးရတာလား ဒါမွမဟုတ္ Harry ကို စိတ္ပ်က္ေအာင္လုပ္တာလား?Sarah: Both!
  ႏွစ္ခုလံုးပဲ။
