Capacity Building Trainings (community Management (MCOP Classes) and English Language Classes)at LNGO

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing as I would like to give you the information about the community
Management (MCOP Classes) and English Language Classes which our centre is
offering to the youth, especially for those who have a great interest in
community development and working in CBOs. We are also offering the full
Scholarship Program. I am also glad to inform you that CBO nomination is one
of our priorities for the Scholarship. The following are the modules
provided in MCOP Course, 12 modules for 8 months.


 1. Community Profiles and Needs Assessment
 2. Prgramme Planning
 3. Programme Coordination
 4. Financial Planning
 5. Financial Management
 6. Roles of Manager
 7. Dealing With Conflict
 8. Recruiting & Managing Staff
 9. Communication Skills
 10. Developing a New Organization
 11. Interpreting and Managing Information
 12. Report

Besides the mentioned modules, various kinds of intensive training are
incentive for MCOP students.
These intensive training include:

 1. PRA (Participatory Rapid Appraisal)
 2. PCM (Project Cycle Management)
 3. Community Mobilization
 4. Organizational Development
 5. Facilitation Training
