Jam: The Web Design Company that Teaches You English

(Meeting New People)

Maria"

Jeff"

May I introduce you to (Name).
This is (Name).

He's a brilliant designer, and our computer expert.
And this is Maria Sanchez, our office manager.
She's from Spain.

Nice to meet you!
Nice to meet you, too!
Pleased to meet you!
Pleased to meet you, too!

1.
Q. How long have you worked here?
A. For about two years.

2.
Q. What do you do here?
A. I design websites and do the technical stuff that no one understands.
A. I run the office, everything from answering the phone to looking after the accounts.

Happy Learning English!

Please to meet you or Pleased to meet you?

It's "Pleased to meet you". Thanks.

The correct way to say:

"Pleased to meet you."

Grammatically, in the long form, it is 'I'm pleased to meet you."
