• ‘I don't like flying.'
  (ငါေလယာဥ္ပ်ံ စီးရတာ မၾကိဳက္ဘူး။)
  'You and me both!’ I'd far rather go by train
  (ငါေရာပဲ)။ ျဖစ္ႏုိင္ရင္ ရထားနဲ႕ပဲသြားခ်င္တယ္။)

You say guess what? when you want to tell someone something surprising or exciting:

• Guess what?Jill and Pete are expectinga baby.
  (မထင္မိဘူးဟုတ္လား?။ ေဂ်(လ) (Jill) နဲ႕ ပီတာ (Peter) တို႔ ကေလးရေတာ့မယ္။)

• Guess what? I've won a prize in a holiday competition. Would you like to come to Italy with me?
  (မထင္မိဘူးဟုတ္လား? အားလပ္ရက္ျပိဳင္ပြဲတစ္ခုမွာ ငါဆုရထားတယ္။ မင္းငါနဲ႕အတူတူ အီတလီလိုက္ခ်င္လား?)

You’ll never guess ကိုလည္း အလားတူ သံုးႏိုင္ပါတယ္။

You’ll never guess what happened. I’ve got a part in a TV play.

(ဘာျဖစ္လာတယ္ဆိုတာမထင္မိဘူးဟုတ္လား? ။ ကြ်န္ေတာ္ တီဗီြ (TV) အစီအစဥ္တစ္ခုမွာ ပါ၀င္ခြင့္ရလာတယ္။)

We've had it! (ျပႆနာတက္ျပီ!)

You say we've (or I've, you've, he's, etc) had it! when someone is likely to be in trouble or danger or to experience something unpleasant.

(we've (or I've, you've, he's, etc) had it! (ျပႆနာတက္ျပ!ီ)ကုိ တစ္စံုတစ္ေယာက္ ဒုကၡေရာက္ေတာ့မယ္ဆိုရင္္ (သို႔) အႏၱရာယ္ၾကံဳေတြ႕ရေတာမယ္ဆိုရင္ (သို႕) မႏွစ္သက္စရာတစ္ခုခုကို ရင္ဆိုင္ရေတာ့မယ္ဆိုရင္ ေျပာတတ္ပါတယ္။

• We've had it!The teacher's found out thatwe've been playing truant!
  (ငါတို႔ေတာ့ ျပႆနာတက္ၿပီ! ငါတုိ႔ေက်ာင္းေျပးတာ ဆရာသိသြားၿပီ။)

• You've had it! Mum knows that you stayed out all night!
  (မင္းေတာ့ ျပႆနာတက္ၿပီ! အျပင္မွာတစ္ညလံုးမင္းေနေနတယ္ဆိုတာ အေမသိသြားၿပီ။)

Not likely!  (မျဖစ္ႏိုင္ပါဘူး/လံုး၀ပဲ)

You say not likely! to mean that you definitely will not do something: (not likely (မျဖစ္ႏုိင္ပါဘူ/လံုး၀ပဲ) သည္ တစ္စံုတစ္ခုကို လံုး၀ လုပ္လိမ့္မည္မဟုတ္ ဟု အဓိပၸါယ္ရသည္)

• 'Are you going to study medicine like yourfather?'
  (မင္းအေဖလိုပဲ ေဆးပညာသင္မွာလား?)
  Not likely!I get sick at the sight of blood.'
  (လံုး၀ပဲ!ငါက ေသြးျမင္တာနဲ႕ကို ဖ်ားခ်င္လာတာ။)

• 'Are you going to go on holiday with your parents?'
  (အားလပ္ရက္မွာ မိဘေတြနဲ႕အတူ ေလွ်ာက္လည္မွာလား?)
  'Not likely! I'm going camping with some friends.'
  (လံုး၀ပဲ! သူငယ္ခ်င္းေတြနဲ႕ပဲ ေတာစခန္း ထြက္မွာ။)

I'm out of here! (ငါသြားေတာ့မယ္)

You say I'm out of here! in an informal context when you are leaving somewhere quickly for some reason:

(I’m out of here! (ငါသြားေတာ့မယ္) ကို တစ္ေနရာရာမွ အေၾကာင္းကိစၥတစ္ခုခုေၾကာင့္ အလ်င္အျမန္သြားရတဲ့အခါ အခ်င္းခ်င္းရင္းႏွီးေသာ အသံုးအႏႈန္းအျဖစ္သံုးသည္)

• Is it 8 o'clock already? I'm outof here!I'm late for work!
  (၈နာရီေတာင္ ထိုးသြားျပီလား?။ ငါသြားေတာ့မယ္! ငါအလုပ္ ေနာက္က်ေနျပီ။)

• Dad's just found out that I damaged hiscar. I'm out of here!
  (အေဖ့ကားကို ငါ ထိခိုက္ေအာင္လုပ္လိုက္တာ အေဖသိသြားျပီ။ ငါသြားေတာ့မယ္!)
