Specific Responsibilities

 

  • Provide support health as needed to ensure the implementation of health team work plan
  • Ensure and assist on the ensuring the proper set-up and condition of the clinics and equipment.
  • Ta assist Health assistant to ensure that Universal Precaution and proper waste management as per international standards are strictly at work place and also keep awareness and supervise for universal precaution issues .
  • To support with the health assistant with the patients flow and patient triage at the clinics.
  • Assist in necessary logistics arrangements and proper stock management, especially for trainings and community activities.
  • Keep systematic list for distribution of medical and non-medical items to beneficiaries
  • Assist the health team to prepare weekly and monthly work plans to provide targeted coverage
  • To support the clinical and health education staff with the community mobilization
  • To support the clinical staff on the referral process as appropriate
  • Perform other duties as required

 

Person Specification

 

  • Any graduate, health related degree preferred
  • At least 1 to 2 years in public health area and working with NGO/INGO/UN
  • Proven coordination and social mobilization skills
  • Good communication and facilitation skills
  • Ability to work under stressful conditions and working environment
  • Teamwork capacity and flexibility.
