Main Duties and Responsibilities:

 Follows and comply with the competency’s procedures to maintain the
 Prepares and ensure the accounting / journal entries are posted to the
appropriate accounts.
 Ensures compliance with local regulations and requirements.
 Consults and discuss with Head for any matters such as to prepare and posting
of the relevant entries and to be open the new accounts.
 Working with accounting software whenever necessary.
 Communicates with branch offices & other Departments’ Managers.
 Carry out the general accounting tasks of company’s matters.
 Assists to the Supervisor and Manager as required.

Job Requirements:

 Good command of spoken and written in English Language.
 Any Bachelor degree with LCCI Level-II.
 Knowledge of any accounting software is an advantage.
 Effectively capable to operate MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
 Good interpersonal skill & communication skill.
 Flexible, Polite, Sociable, Team-work oriented & able to work independently.
 At least 1 ~ 2 years of working experienced in accounting field (Banking
Industry is preferable)
