Area Sales Manager

Nabati Group is an Indonesia leading Multinational company which focuses in fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) in Myanmar. We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager who is passionate about uncovering consumer insights and delivering innovative marketing campaigns.

 

MAIN DUTIES:
• Attaining the market share projected for each product lines.
• Obtains Market Share by developing market plans and programs for each product within a territory.
• Influence present and future products by determining and evaluating current and future market trends.
• Maintains research data base by identifying and assembling marketing information.
• Provides marketing information / marketing guidelines to the sales team within a territory.
• Makes a monthly performance report by analyzing marketing activities and variances, and initiating corrective actions.
• Manage and Maintain Sales Department staff by training, appraising, counseling, motivating and developing programs within a territory.
• Review the annual performance and develop annual marketing plans / budget for all product groups as a contribution to the corporate planning / budgeting.

  • Devises strategies and techniques necessary for achieving the sales targets

Requirements

  • Proven food and beverage management experience
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Good problem solving skills and a creative approach for new ideas
  • The ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
  •  Experience of managing a team of at least 5 subordinates.

  • Must be well versed in English (reading, writing and spoken English)
