Responsibilities 

Take responsibility and drive all activities required to support our teams

• Recruiting: identify staff vacancies, select applicants and conduct interviews 

• Contracting: create employment agreements, engage in contract (re-) negotiations, drive termination procedures

 • Compliance: making sure the company complies with labor laws and other regulations 

• Administration: administrate compensation & benefits, attendance and performance management systems 

• Payroll: drive payroll process and payment of employment and social security taxes 

• Guidelines & procedures: create and update guidelines & procedures in the form of an employee handbook and drive execution 

• Employee development: create and execute employee development programs (including communication, IT skills, customer service, sales, presenting, management, leadership etc.)

 • Support the CEO in all required activities

 • Comply with company’s rules and regulations and enforce compliance of the team

 • Administrate according to the company’s standard operating procedures and management systems 

• Lead a HR and admin team 

• Support and report directly to the Managing Director 

 

 Education & Experiences

 • MBA or international HR related diploma

 • 4-8 years of experience in leading HR role 

• Experience in all HR functions such as recruiting, contracting, administration, payroll, guidelines & procedures, employee development 

• Excellent English language skills

 • Entrepreneurial drive

 • Motivated to work in a highly dynamic environment

 • Excellent communication skills
