- Exceute and implement to achieve the coverage, distribution, sales target are achieved.
- Assist to regional sales manager in leading,directing and motivating the sales team to achieve the overall regional sales objective.
- Contribute to the region business plan with respective area input.
- Establish, maintain and develop positive relationships with Customers and providing a professional and excellent level of customer service with existing and new customers.
- Tracking distribution and sales performance of each member of the sales team on monthly basis.
- Handle customer issues, taking the sales orders, resolution and communicate escalated issues to the Regional Sales Manager.
Assist with sale rep; questions, concerns and product/ service questions. Monthly reports on Sales, coverage, competitors’ information.
Qualification & Experience
- Any graduate.
- Above two years working experience in F&B field (or) wine industry.
- Can communicate with English Language.
- Good computer skill.
- Strong knowledge in Wine product.
