Vacancy for Brand Manager (Worldwide Brand)

Our Sales and Distribution Group is working together with foreign partnerships as joint venture (JV). Now we are currently hiring outstanding Brand Manager with following criteria.

Job Description

Objective

  • To work closely with principals to develop the brands in the Myanmar Market
  • To be able to work independently with principal on all issues and matters relating to the business of the brands

Marketing

 

-to plan marketing activities related to the brand

-to have good execution of the marketing activities

Sales and Distribution

 

-to achieve sales target by brand

Trade and Customer Development

 

-to acquire new customers

-to grow the existing customers through promotion, activities

-to analyze sales statistics to determine business growth potential

Expenses

 

-to have proper recording of the marketing expenses

-to ensure marketing expenses is within the budget

Market Hygiene

 

-to work with merchandising to work out demand forecast to prevent out of stock and overstock

-to have promote action on near expiring items

Merchandising

 

-to have excellent in store display for our brands (increasing facing & Prime Location)

-to have secondary display

Market Intelligence

 

-to timely feedback of product information and activities and pricing of competitor

-to always feedback on new products opportunity and product knowledge

-to have good understanding and the desire to learn the knowledge of the product under the company

Reporting

Report to Marketing Manager

Job Specification

Any Graduate and prefer Diploma in Sales & Marketing.

Strong knowledge in Customer Service and Food Products

Fluent in English (speaking & writing)

Competent in Microsoft Office Package
