In this role as the Head of Sales & Customer Management, you will build a high performing Sales & Customer Service team to support the strategic aims of Teaching, Exams and Library services and E&S/Arts programme delivery.
You will be expected to contribute to the formation of country strategy as a key member of the Burma Management Team as well as contributing to the planning and implementation of East Asia Sales and Customer Service regional initiatives. You will provide all SBUs with accurate, reliable data and research findings to inform decision-making and ensure modern processes and systems deliver excellent customer experience and put customers at the heart of everything we do.
To be successful, you will possess a Degree qualification and bring along significant experience of leading a sales & customer services team along with working experience related to Child Protection / working with children / managing staff working with children. You will possess excellent level of digital literacy, proven planning and organisational skills and financial control and risk management skills. Strong language proficiency in both English and Burmese will be essential to perform on this role.
