Hi everyone, I am also a keen learner of English. In my opinion, IELTS Writing is the most difficult one among four skills. First of all, we ought to have enough knowledge to write facts down about. Secondly, we must be well proficient in vocabulary accuracy, precise grammer and clear composition. Thirdly,we are supposed to state our ideas clearly in orders so readers or examiners can get your message. Your english proficiency is generally assessed by how you use words ,build patterns and give points expected to be included in your essay. And make sure that you don't use informal spoken English while writing formal essay. These are my personal perspective. Myanmar network is such a good community for us, English learners.

Hi Jit Too,

You are right. There are so many IELTS books to read but you need to choose the right one for you. If you are aiming for the beginner level, you can check on the book cover for information. Most English language books now have CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference) rating on the cover. You can look for the books that carry CEFR level B1 or B2 and books that mention IELTS band 5- 6 level on the cover for the beginner level.

Hi there! I want to improve my level of english (4 skills) since I haven't learn english systemically before. Now I am trying to learn IELTS by reading books. I just managed to be a member of BC Library. Could you please let me know which IELTS book is recommended for the beginner like me (since I saw so many IELTS books in library). Thank you!
